NORWICH – The gifted and acclaimed string quartet Ethel will bring its unusual style to the Martin W. Kappel Theater in Norwich on Saturday, March 24 at 7 p.m. Sponsored by the Chenango County Council of the Arts, the evening promises to be one of the most talked about performances of the 2006/07 season.
