SHERBURNE – The Sherburne-Earlville Junior prom will be held Saturday and committee members are busily planning for their fourth annual after-prom party.

“The after-prom party gives kids a safe, fun environment for after the prom,” said Coordinator Rochelle Harris. “Statistics for drunk driving accidents for teens are high, and this gives them an alternative that parents can rest assured is safe.”

As in the past years, the highlight of S-E’s celebration will be the prizes that are awarded throughout the night. For the past four years, juniors in the district have enjoyed the possibility of winning cash, senior portrait packages, digital cameras, laptop computers and the grand prize – a car.
