AIM Fitness:

• Exercising equipment arrived last week. Management said they hoped to be open by the end of the month.

Chenango County Public Works Department:

• A $51,000 bid to replace the roof at the Chenango County Highway garage on Rexford Street was accepted by county lawmakers this month.

• Station upgrades are also planned at Brisben transfer station.

Chenango County Fire Department Tower Project:

• A 250-ton crane was delivered to the Town of Pharsalia tower site over the weekend. Chenango County Emergency Management Office Director Matt Beckwith said the Pharsalia tower and Town of Otselic tower would be erected early this week.
