NORWICH – Applications have been mailed and all artists and crafters are invited to apply to jury selection for the 14th annual Colorscape Chenango Arts Festival, which will take place in East and West Parks of downtown Norwich on Sept. 6 and 7. 

The entry deadline is March 14, with notification of the jury’s decision mailed by April 18. Late applications may be accepted into categories where space is available at the discretion of the jury. It is anticipated that a maximum of 85 exhibitors will be invited to participate in 2008.
