Afton Man Charged In The ‘97 Murder Of A Binghamton Prostitute

AFTON– Binghamton City Police announced Saturday that they have arrested an Afton man for the 1997 murder of a Binghamton prostitute.

Bobby Jo Hatchcock, 50, has been arrested for second-degree murder over the slaying of Terry L. Dittman, 38.
