AFTON – The Afton Community Theater will hold auditions for the musical “Oklahoma” on Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 13-14, according to director Rich Cuthbertson. Auditions will be held between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. both evenings in the auditorium at Afton Central School.

This ever-popular play by Rodgers and Hammerstein calls for a very large cast (male and female leads and chorus -- all ages). “I know we have many talented people in the area and look forward to seeing them at the auditions,” said Cuthbertson. “So if you’ve been part of a musical production before, or ever wanted to be, this one is not to be missed.”
