NORWICH – The City of Norwich Youth Bureau collaborated with the Chenango Health Network and Reality Check’s Tobacco Free Chenango program to bring a community skating party to Norwich on Saturday, and with over 200 people in attendance, a good time was had by all.

The Youth Bureau took advantage of this year’s cold weather to sponsor a Community Skating Party. In previous years, the weather has kept the skate park from being open for much of the winter, but this year’s cold weather has kept ice on the rink and kept the skate park as a popular family destination.
