NORWICH – Commerce Chenango has announced the 2009 award recipients that will be presented at the 50th Annual Dinner on Thursday at Baron’s Inn in Greene. Frontier Communications will receive the Distinguished Business of the Year Award and Pegi LoPresti will be the recipient of the 2009 Commitment to Community award.

More than 1,425 volunteer hours were committed by Frontier employees in 2008.
