NORWICH – While some will be scrambling to file their tax returns on April 15, others across the country will be filing their discontent by participating in a grass roots protest called the Tax Day Tea Party.

Charlie Resseguie has been working for the last month to organize a local event in support of the Tax Day Tea Party.
