Chris and Missy Hayes, owners of Hayes Office Products, were honored at the Norwich Business Improvement District’s annual dinner Friday night. Chris and Missy received the BID’s Commitment to Community Award. This year, the Hayes were among other business owners in the district who took advantage of the BID’s Main Street Grant Funding to make extensive improvements to their East Main Street building.
