NORWICH – NBT Bank’s Wall of Art is featuring the artwork of Charlene Walling at the bank’s Norwich Office on South Broad Street. Her work will be on display until late October.

Walling specializes in plein air (“open air”) paintings based on Chenango County’s countryside. The technique involves painting outdoors. “I grew up in the country, and I identify best with nature,” she said. “I see design, color, light and shadows in everything around me.”
