Santa helps kids light downtown trees

The Norwich Business Improvement District got Santa Claus to come down from the North Pole for a Christmas tree lighting ceremony in West Side Park Thursday night. Helping Santa flip the switch were Norwich students Madolin Lull, Madison Loeffler, Alex Newell and Mariah Lull.
