NORWICH – The Norwich City School District will be holding a free H1N1 flu clinic on Dec. 18 in conjunction with the Chenango County Health Department.

The vaccine, which will be administered either in nasal or injectable form based on the wishes of parents, will be available to all school-age children residing in the Norwich City School District free of charge. In order for their child to receive the vaccine, parents or guardians must complete and return a permission slip by Monday, Dec. 14.
