The Clancy Legacy Celtic Christmas Concert Comes To Earlville
Published: December 18th, 2009

EARLVILLE – The Earlville Opera House presents The Clancy Legacy Celtic Christmas Concert on Saturday, Dec. 19 at the Catherine Cummings Theater in Cazenovia at 4 p.m. This warm holiday celebration has a distinct Celtic flavor and extends from the little known Kilmore carols of Wexford to the Irish-American vaudeville stage. The Earlville Opera House thanks the generous support of WAER-FM for making this performance possible.

This Celtic Christmas concert is a celebration of the holiday season in the Clancy tradition! The Clancy Legacy includes some of the next generation of performers descended from the Clancy Brothers of Ed Sullivan fame in the 1960’s. Aoife Clancy (pronounced “Eefa”) is on vocals and bodhran, Robbie O’Connell on guitar and vocals and George Keith on fiddle and concertina – together they create a delightful musical tapestry to celebrate the season.
