NORWICH – Approximately two dozen local aviation enthusiasts gathered to recognize their organization’s contributions to the local aviation community during the Experimental Aircraft Association’s annual dinner on Monday night at the Cafe Connection in Norwich.

Comprised of local recreational pilots, flight instructors, experimental aircraft builders and balloonists, EAA is dedicated to generating interest in aviation. The local chapter is led by President Dave Sheldon.

“Our chapter continues to do interesting things every year,” said Sheldon, as he addressed the members and spouses present.
