COOPERSTOWN – Cooperstown snagged the lead from S-E with a quick start to the third quarter, and ended S-E’s Center State Conference division title hopes on Thursday.

Kyle Liner and Mike Moakler, who each had six points in the first meeting with the Marauders (a 57-51 S-E win) combined for 26 last night with Moakler scoring 14 and Liner 12.

“We really didn’t shoot well as a team tonight and we didn’t rebound well,” said S-E coach Kevin Vibbard. “Last time at our place, we came out and outscored them big in the third quarter. This time they beat us in the third quarter.”
