CHENANGO COUNTY – Property owners have until March 1 to renew their annual assessment exemptions. According to Guilford Assessor Susan McIntyre, this includes the most common exemptions such as the Senior STAR exemption and agricultural land exemption. Exemption applications should be completed and submitted to local assessors on or before Monday.
