The Norwich Purple Tornado Marching Band leads off the American Legion Post 189’s 2010 Memorial Day parade Monday in downtown Norwich. City FIre Chief Tracy Chawgo, below right, was the featured speaker. More photos from the event appear on The Evening Sun's Facebook page.
