NORWICH – Local entrepreneur and philanthropist Patsy Smith keeps making national headlines with her mustards, chutneys, vinaigrettes and fruit spreads, many of which were originally created in her own kitchen on West Hill in Norwich.
The June issues of “Food & Wine” and “O” magazines feature her Strawberry Black Peppercorn and Cherry Blackberry Sage and Clove spreadable fruits as the correct pairing for everything from grilled pork to frozen waffles. A recently launched national media campaign offers a 10 percent discount on special gift packages of Schoolhouse Kitchen products just in time for Father’s Day cookouts.
Schoolhouse Kitchen condiments are processed and packaged at Nelson Farms in Cazenovia.
