Dalton and Garrett Proskine are ready to enter their giant pumpkins in the inaugural Giant Pumpkin Contest at this year’s Norwich Pumpkin Festival. Cornell Cooperative Extension held a Giant Pumpkin Workshop in June to “plant the seed” for a fun family project. Weigh in for the giant pumpkins will be held on Friday evening , Oct. 29 at the Norwich Pumpkin festival.
