NORWICH – Those looking for some high rolling action will find plenty of gaming excitement next Friday night at the Northeast Classic Car Museum’s Annual Casino Night.
According to NECCM Executive Director Doreen Bates, tickets are still available for the much anticipated yearly event, which will take place from 6 to 10 p.m. on Oct. 8 at the museum, 24 Rexford Street in Norwich.
The $60 ticket price includes a buffet dinner catered by Tuller’s, drinks and dessert – as well as $30,000 in “Classic Cash” with which guests can try their luck at the gaming tables.
This year, the action will include roulette, blackjack, craps, Caribbean poker, money wheel and Texas hold-em, Bates explained. And guests will be able to parlay their winnings into big prizes during the Grand Finale, a live auction at the conclusion of the event.
“We have prizes from Mid-York Press, Pet Street Station, Parson’s Daughter, Blue Ox, Skillin’s, McNeil’s, Hayes Office Supply, Denny’s Liquors, Nazzitto’s, MeadWest Vaco, Seasons, a painting by Irad Ingraham and many, many others,” Bates said, proclaiming the full list of contributors too big to enumerate. “The entire community supports us.”
Others to be thanked include event sponsors NBT Bank, Wells Fargo, The Evening Sun/Pennysaver and Rapid Reproduction, and the night’s many table sponsors.
