NORWICH – V.K. Lindsey spent the better part of last year writing and publishing her first novel – “The Truth About Luci” – an experience she called “scary,” particularly due to the fact the book “hits really close to home.”

A Norwich resident for the past two to three years, Lindsey said the novel is based on her personal life experiences, some of which aren’t all that pleasant.

Described by online publisher Lulu as a “riveting story about a young woman’s battle with premonitions and her fight to survive a series of life-altering ordeals,” “The Truth About Luci” is, ultimately, a story on healing. And surviving.
