NORWICH – Commerce Chenango has announced that its CEO will leave for a new position with the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce in Kentucky at the end of April.

Maureen P. Carpenter, EDP, IOM, president and CEO of Commerce Chenango for the past four years, and member of the economic development and workforce staff for five years prior, has accepted the position of economic development coordinator for South Central Kentucky through the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce.

Carpenter will officially leave her position with Commerce Chenango on April 29.
