Tumminia promoted to police sergeant

The city Common Council, several members of the Norwich Police Department and Police Chief Joseph Angelino were on hand last night for the appointment of Officer Rosario J. Tumminia to the position of Police Sergeant. Tumminia has been a member of the NPD for approximately 17 years.
