Police Say Teen Bicyclist At Fault For Collision With Car Saturday

NORWICH – The Norwich Police Department said a teen on a bicycle rode into the path of a car Saturday afternoon.

The Norwich City Fire and Police Departments responded to the accident at 5:43 p.m. along Mechanic Street.
