• The Alan Horovitz Sports Person of the Year – Jonathan Foulds, attending Onondaga Community College.
• The Alan Horovitz All Around Student – James Testani, attending LeMoyne College.
• The Clara Robbins Memorial awards – Cleo Daoud, attending Bowdoin College; Lucas Follett, attending Boston College; Hannah Runyon, attending Nazareth College; Reva Seager, attending Cornell.
• The Marcia Stewart Memorial Scholarship – Matthew Eaton, attending Ithaca College.
• The Linda Sands Memorial Scholarship – Theodore Jerome, attending Hartwick.
• The Karen Brown Memorial Scholarship – Brittany Reihl, attending SUNY Morrisville.
• The Greater Norwich Foundation Skip Schibeci Scholarship – Megan McAvoy, attending Cortland College.
• The John & James Westcott Scholarship – Megan McAvoy, attending Cortland College.
• The Margaret Forsythe Scholarship – Victoria Parsons, attending LaFayette College.
• The Harrison & Betty Edwards Science Scholarship – Matthew Antonowicz, attending SUNY Plattsburgh.
• The Richard & Marian Cook Foundation Scholarship – Emily Stewart attending Broome Community College.
• The Joseph Rotundo Memorial Scholarship – Josh Favaloro, attending Michigan State.
• The Edward J. Lee Law Scholarship – Matthew Bliss, attending Rutgers.
• The Thomas Ivory Scholarship – Frank Somich, attending University of Notre Dame.
In total, $46,000 in scholarships was awarded this year by the Greater Norwich Foundation. In addition to the above scholarships, the Foundation provided a total of $250,427 to non-profit community organizations in the greater Norwich area during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011.
