NORWICH – Area diners are in luck as after a year and a half of successful business, Karolyn White, owner of Karolyn’s Krossroads Cafe, has prepared a new home for her restaurant inside the city limits.
After outgrowing her former space at 6171 Route 12 North, White said she feels fortunate having moved her eatery to the heart of the city, starting today. She’s hoping her regular customers will find the new space hospitable and added that she’s inviting newcomers to swing by for something new and exciting. Offering a variety of home-cooked meals and sides, Krossroads Cafe is promising for those who crave something different in town, White said.
White, along with her staff, said she’s excited to make the move, and has adjusted to her new surroundings quickly. She stated that preparation, as well as efficiency, made the transition a relatively smooth one. Only a few minor fixes, a thorough cleaning and tying-up some loose ends held up the restaurant’s opening at 23 South Broad St., the former home of Trotta’s Pizzeria.
