NORWICH – Hospice of Chenango County’s Bereavement Department has begun a year long program for those who have lost a significant person in their life and may need help with both practical and emotional matters. While Hospice still offers the more traditional support groups, this is something a bit different. “We wanted to widen the scope of our support,” explains Bereavement Coordinator Maureen Casey-Bryant.
Hospice will present a different topic and speaker the 3rd Thursday of every month. This Thursday, the issues of guilt and regret revolving around grief will be explored. The presentation will take from 1:30-3 p.m. at The Chenango Health Network located in the Eaton Center in Norwich.
