“Breakthrough! is the realization of many years of study and hard work. I’ve designed my consulting and coaching practice to share my knowledge and expertise as it relates to the enhancement of business performance in an increasingly demanding environment,” Coddington explained.
The services offered by Breakthrough! include executive and leadership coaching, training, team development, performance improvement and employee retention, strategic planning, Appreciative Inquiry, and creativity and innovation. Her workshop has benefited our entire company,” Nicki Briggs, Director of Communications, Agro-Farma.
“We have placed descriptions for all our services on our website and will be sharing more details, upcoming events and resource information in our blog and newsletter,” said Coddington.
The launch of Breakthrough! was funded in part by the Chenango County Microenterprise Grant Program.
