NORWICH – A Norwich man accused in 2010 of breaking into a woman’s home, stealing her underwear, committing sexual acts with the clothing and posting images of the victim and her garments online has violated the terms of his interim probation and could be sentenced to 2 1/3 to 7 years in state prison as a result.
Joshua Derouchie, 22, of Norwich, appeared before Judge W. Howard Sullivan in Chenango County Court Tuesday following his arrest on an active warrant for allegedly violating the conditions of his probation. According to the district attorney’s office, it’s alleged that Derouchie – in violation of the terms of his probation – visited pornographic sites online, as well as posted pornographic material for others to view.
