Couple Charged With Drug Possession, Endangering The Welfare Of A Child

NORWICH – A Norwich couple has been charged with multiple misdemeanor drug offenses and endangering the welfare of a child after a police-assisted search of their residence turned up a quantity of a controlled substance, as well as heroin and marijuana.
