SHERBURNE – Sherburne-Earlville Central Schools District voters can expect to see about the same school tax bill as they did last year.
The S-E Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the Elementary School Library Classroom to adopt a spending plan for the 2012-2013 school year. Like last year, an estimated $29.5 million plan is expected to call for a 1.9 percent average tax levy increase. Reserves will be expended again, but not more than last year, Superintendent Gayle Hellert said.
“We are trying to keep it under a million,” she said.
