GREENE – Authorities have identified the two victims in a Sunday night motorcycle crash as 43-year-old Jamie Place of Quakertown, Pa. and Mary Showner, 64, of Middleport, Pa. The two were killed in an accident in the Town of Greene.

The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office investigated a car versus motorcycle collision at the intersection of Rt. 12 and County Road 3A in the Town of Greene at approximately 6:13 p.m. Sunday. The operator of the car, Judi Kenyon, was making a left-hand turn from Rt. 12 onto 3A, and turned in front of a south-bound motorcycle on Rt. 12, deputies reported. The two passengers of the motorcycle were pronounced dead at the scene. Kenyon was transported to Lourdes Hospital by the Greene Emergency Squad.
