Kaitlyn Jackson, the Monarchs and the Greg Allan Band all performed at the Chenango County Fair Wednesday night, entertaining a small but enthusiastic crowd with a mix of country and vintage rock-n-roll. Allan, pictured, led his six-piece band through a rousing set of Garth Brooks’ greatest hits, including chart toppers such as “Thunder Rolls,” “The Dance” and “Friends in Low Places.”
