County Takes Ownership, Hopes To Remove Long Vacant Fish Market Building

NORWICH – Chenango County forgave about $4,500 owed in back taxes, interest and penalties for the former fish market building and a small parcel located on county Road 32 in order to absorb the land for right-of-way purposes.
