Norwich Man Held On $20,000 Bail After Fleeing From Police

NORWICH – Additional charges have been filed against a Norwich man who allegedly fled Norwich City Police officers by pick-up truck, later breaking into a Beebe Avenue residence and committing an act of burglary.
