Two Arraigned In County Court

NORWICH – A pair of alleged felons appeared in Chenango County court Wednesday, both pleading not guilty to the charges brought against them.

• Wayne E. Church, 30, of Norwich, pleaded not guilty to two counts of third degree criminal sexual act, a class E felony, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
