Man Charged With DWI After Leading Authorities On High-speed Chase

PHARSALIA – A Norwich man has been charged with felony driving while intoxicated after he allegedly led authorities on a high speed chase that began in the Town of Preston and ended with a foot pursuit in the Town of Pharsalia on Saturday.
