NORWICH – A poem written by Norwich High School English and poetry teacher Richard Bernstein appears in the winter 2012 edition of the Georgia Review.

‘No Sermons in Stone’ marks Bernstein’s third appearance in the widely recognized journal of arts and letters. His poem depicts controversial performance indicators, testing and reform initiatives of the New York State education system:
