Golden Artist Colors intern Angelina Festarini and employee Brandon Schulz put the finishing touches on the global paint manufacturer’s new sign outside the former Apple Converting plant on Hale Street in the City of Norwich. The 45,000 square foot building will significantly increase the company’s warehousing and distribution capacity.
