COVENTRY – Two men were arrested by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend in the Town of Coventry and subsequently charged with a number of weapon, theft and drug related crimes.

Eric Nelson, 29, of Afton, was charged with three counts of fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, third degree burglary, two counts of fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
