NORWICH – The Northeast Classic Car Museum is rallying for the its second largest annual fundraiser, Classic Casino Night, which returns to the floor of the museum this Friday.
For years, Classic Casino Night has been a much beloved tradition for area auto enthusiasts who also seek an extra bit of gaming excitement. The occasion features a number of fun games, thrilling prizes, raffles and great food, according to Car Museum Marketing Coordinator Marty Kuhn, and it helps the non-profit organization continue its mission to spotlight the automobile as an influential centerpiece of American history.
Tickets are still available, said Kuhn, though an RSVP is required by noon on Wednesday. A donation of $65 per person includes dinner catered by Tuller’s Catering, drinks and a $30,000 Classic Cash Card for gaming and the grand finale auction. Classic Car Museum members are $60 per person and will receive an additional $30,000 in Classic Cash.
The event - sponsored by NBT Bank, Wells Fargo, Rapid Reproductions and Snyder Communications - gets underway from 6-10 p.m. on Oct. 18 at the museum, located at 24 Rexford Street in Norwich.
