Despite the on and off again rain, the Norwich Tornado Field Band rehearsed under the lights of Tornado Field Tuesday night. The band is currently practicing for its next big competition, the 40th Norwich Fall Festival of Bands, set to take place at 7 p.m., Saturday, at the Norwich High School football stadium. With eight schools participating in this years event, it is the largest in recent history. Pre-sale tickers are available for $6 at the Norwich Family YMCA. Admission will be $8 at the gate.
