Storm Cook, Norwich, senior
Senior forward and Oklahoma State fan, Storm Cook averaged almost two blocks a game. He had 14 rebounds, eight offensive, in the sectional title game over Oneonta. While amassing 212 points, with 11 games in double figures, he averaged 8.3 rebounds. Cook also averaged a productive 10 plus points over 21 games. “Storm had a great year. The big game for him was the Seton game, that was big key for him, that was his break out game, that established him. He played with a lot more confidence after that game. He grew by leaps in bounds throughout the year. He's one of the best rebounders in Section IV. He overcame a lot of adversity with his health situation. He's the nicest kid you'll ever meet. He was a pleasure for me to coach over three years. It all came together for him his senior year. He's a very beloved player. Storm Cook will be remembered in our program long after he's gone,” said Collier.
Kevin Davis, Oxford, sophomore
Kevin Davis, a sophomore, scored 13 times in double digits this season. He had 226 points in total and 20 points against Bainbridge-Guilford. “He worked real hard on both sides of the floor. He was always a strong defender,” said Oxford head coach Tim Davis. The 6-foot-four-inch sophomore has been coaching and managing basketball since he could walk. The “all-around,” “versatile” player “uses everything to his advantage,” said Davis.
