HAMILTON – Once again, Colgate University in Hamilton is pulling out all of the stops.
On April 11-12, Colgate will host its third “Thought Into Action Entrepreneur Weekend” (eWeekend), which will kick off with a panel of all-stars. The keynote panel will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 11 in Cotterell Court and will be moderated by CNBC's David Faber, according to the Colgate website. Members of the panel include Ashton Kutcher, actor, director and co-founder of Katalyst; Tony Bates, former CEO of Skype and executive VP of Microsoft; Daniel Rosensweig, President and CEO of Chegg; and Brian Chesky, CEO and co-founder of Airbnb.
Jean Schroder, Director of the Thought Into Action Entrepreneurship Institute, explained that both Thought Into Action (TIA) and the panel were established to “explore the connection between the liberal arts and entrepreneurship.”
Schroder continued, “The panelists are coming to discuss what it means to be leaders of companies.”
