S-E Teachers’ Association to host “Meet the Candidates” night

SHERBURNE – The Sherburne-Earlville Central School District Teachers’ Association will host a school board candidate meet and greet for community members at 5 p.m., May 12 at the High School Auditorium.

The event provides a chance for parents, teachers and other members of the community to voice concerns about the Sherburne-Earlville schools and get to know each candidate a little better. A moderator will be asking each candidate specific questions followed by a short public question and answer period.

The S-E School Board will offer a school budget presentation immediately afterward at 6:30 p.m.

Residents will decide on the proposed budget and new school board members when polls open on May 20.
