SHERBURNE – With expanding business in recent years, Frontier Communications is now looking to also expand its employee base.

Frontier Communications announced this week that it is currently recruiting 60 new full-time employees to work as facility assigner positions in the greater Sherburne and Norwich areas. Frontier says additional employees are needed to meet the demands of a growing nitch in the company’s broadband services.

“Frontier is expanding in its broadband service and the Sherburne and Norwich locations play a big piece in that,” said Frontier Vice President J. Mark Salazar.

Frontier is planning a two-day career fair to be held from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, and again from 3-7 p.m. Thursday, May 22 at its offices located at 14 Classic St. in the Village of Sherburne. Potential hires are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes and prepare for pre-screening interviews.
