Crews were on the scene of a minor tractor-trailer accident on State Highway 12 in North Norwich shortly after noontime on Thursday. No injuries were reported. The accident was investigated by the Chenango County Sheriff's Office with assistance of the New York State Police. The lead officer was unavailable to disclose the cause of the accident as of The Evening Sun press time Friday morning.
