EDMESTON – On Aug. 9, a benefit for special little boy from Edmeston was held in the Town of Norwich in an effort to assist he and his family to secure safe and reliable transportation.
At all of three months of age, Jesse was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Mental Retardation, GERD, Failure to Thrive, as well as being legally blind, setting the stage for a life punctuated with live-saving procedures.
With the help of his caring community, Jesse Rounds and family were able to purchase a suitable wheelchair van complete with a lift that will enable Jesse to make it safely to his various therapies and appointments.
Jesse and family would like to thank all of their family, friends, and community for their support for the Jammin’4 Jesse benefit that was held in his honor.
“Specifically, we would like to be sure to acknowledge the local businesses that supported us,” said Jesse’s mother, Hilary Rounds.
