OXFORD – Cows, chickens, and goats – oh my!
An Oxford Academy staple of more than thirty years is due to return this upcoming Friday, Sept. 26.
Oxford Academy’s annual Agriculture Fair has been extended this year to make the even more accessible for community members to attend, running from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Much in the same vein as the annual county fair, Oxford's Ag Fair models their exhibit-style event upon highlighting not just farming, but all things agriculture related.
“The idea is to educate members of the community numerous aspects of agriculture,” said Oxford Academy Agriculture Teacher and FFA advisor Crystal Aukema, who acted in tandem with Kathy Ryan and Margo Barrows to organize this year's event.
